In our Pizza class we offer.

            "Lou's Master Class":

• The class consist of 3 days of learning pizza (3 number of days)
• Individual will master how the process of making dough (from recipe to completion)
• Individual will master how to stretch dough for pizza purposes (we put a lot of effort into this part)
• Individual will master how to complete a pizza (from start to finish)
• individual will master sauce making
• individual will master how to use the oven.
• Individual will discuss with us his plans of his pizzeria (Has his own concept or wants to use Lou's Woodfire Pizza)
• individual wants a small town vibe our Del Rio Location is perfect.
• Individual wants to be in the city our San Antonio Location is what you are looking for.
